Finance & accounting at CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business. By day, a business analyst working under an acting CFO — building the data pipelines and executive reporting that run a 90-office group. That's the discipline behind every Vexovia system: real accounting, real reconciliation, numbers you can act on. He also runs his own investment fund.

One email: what your business does, what you need built, and what you're trying to improve.
Gabriel or Cody reads it and replies directly — no queue, no account managers, no handoffs.
Fifteen minutes to nail the details: scope, priorities, what done looks like — then the plan and quote in writing.
Most websites and apps land in about one to two weeks from the call. Bigger systems take longer — you'll know the plan before we start.
Who you're working with
Two founders. No handoffs.
The people on this page are the people who build your project — nothing gets passed to an account manager or shipped offshore.
Cody leads design and build. Hands-on with technology his whole life — from building his own day-trading tools to working fluently with modern AI development environments — he ships fast with a sharp eye for design, turning ideas into working interfaces at speed. Everything you see on this site is the standard he holds client work to.
FAQ
Everything people ask us.
Answered in full, so you don't have to email just to find out.
How much does this actually cost?
It depends on scope — so instead of a wall of prices you'd have to reverse-engineer, our estimate quiz gives you a real range in about a minute, based on what you actually need: how many locations, what systems have to connect, whether a website or app comes with it. Every project still gets a written, itemized quote after a quick call, and the price only moves if the scope does, in writing.
How long until it's done?
A couple of weeks to a month, depending on scope. A straightforward site lands on the faster end; a business-intelligence system that connects several data sources takes longer. You get real dates in writing before we start — a plan, not a guess.
What if I'm not satisfied with it?
We finish it. A project isn't done until you're satisfied — if something isn't right, we keep working until it is, at no extra cost. Because the scope is agreed in writing up front, done means exactly what we both agreed it means.
What do you need from me to start?
One email: what your business does, what you need built, and what you're trying to improve. That's it. Photos, logos, and content can arrive while we build — we work with what you have and tell you exactly what's missing. You don't need a brief, a spec, or any technical vocabulary.
Do I own what you build?
Yes — outright. You own the code, the content, and the data, from day one. No platform lock-in, no hostage fees: if you ever leave, everything comes with you in working order. If we host it for you, that runs as part of a monthly management plan, and you can take it in-house whenever you want. It's in our Terms, not just on this page.
I already have a website. Is a redesign different?
It's one of the most common ways clients start. We review what you have, keep what's earning its place, and rebuild what isn't — message first, then design. You keep your domain and anything else worth keeping; visitors just see a dramatically better site.
What's actually in a business-intelligence system?
One system, several rooms: a live dashboard of every location, a board-ready report, an AI analyst you can ask in plain English, and the trends and benchmarks behind them — the same numbers in every view. There's a full working demo on the Business Intelligence page; click into it before you ever talk to us.
How do payments work?
However the written quote says — typically a deposit with the balance at milestones, or a monthly plan if you'd rather spread it out. Monthly plans (site plans, care plans, managed systems) renew monthly and their terms are stated up front. No surprise line items, ever.
What happens after launch?
Your call. Take the keys and go — it's yours. Or keep us on a care or managed plan: we keep it fast, accurate, and current, host it if you want, and stay on call as the business grows. Launch day isn't the last time you hear from us.
