Who we are

Vexovia ("we," "us") is a web design and data studio operated by its two founders. These terms cover your use of this website and the way we scope and deliver client projects.

Quotes and pricing

Estimates shown on this site are honest starting points, not fixed quotes. Every project receives a written, itemized quote before work begins. A quote doesn't change mid-project unless the scope does — agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment schedules (deposit, milestones, or monthly plans) are set in each project's written quote. Monthly plans (site plans, care plans, managed systems) renew monthly and their minimum terms, where they exist, are stated in the quote.

Our satisfaction promise

If you're not satisfied with delivered work, tell us and we'll work with you to make it right. This promise covers the scope agreed in writing; it isn't a blanket refund guarantee for work outside that scope or for changes of direction after approval.

Ownership

When a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables — your domain, your site's code and content, your data. We may use non-confidential parts of delivered work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Demos and sample data

Product demos on this site (including the Exemplar Group management system and demo apps) use 100% fictional sample data, shown to preview design and capability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
